Commitment to Performance
Quality comes first
We know that corporate relocation can be unrelenting, often
time consuming and only one of your responsibilities. However we take the
pressure off you and put it on our teams of move managers, packers and drivers.
We have developed a series of quality programmes to ensure a trouble free
moving experience.
Our Quality Programmes include:
Global Service Charter – This charter is an agreed
service level agreement between all Allied offices around the world, ensuring
world-class standards and consistent service door to door.
Skills Training - All Allied Pickfords Move Managers and
Operatives go through many levels of initial and refresher training to ensure
that their skills are up to date and that they are aware of new thinking or
techniques in the industry.
Customer Service Measurement - The most important
information we collect is our own customers’ opinions of the service they have
received. At Allied Pickfords we constantly measure and review our performance
to ensure that this information feeds back to our operational and quality
management teams so that we consistently strive to improve our service
standards.
FAIM ISO – FAIM is an independent, externally audited
quality assurance accreditation awarded by FIDI–a global industry organisation
that fosters fair practice within the removals industry. This rigorous
accreditation is specific to international moving, exceeds the requirements of
other quality standards and is independently audited and impartially evaluated
every two years
